Mobilny laser czyszczący OMME Laser dla przemysłu ciężkiego

In short: We do laser cleaning across Poland, and for jobs far from our base we come for several days with our own laser, generator and crew. We work from our head office in Plewiska near Poznań and from our branch in Topola near Inowrocław. We remove paint, rust, soot and deposits from brick, wood, stone, sandstone and metal, without sandblasting and without chemicals. Before a quote we test a sample.

How do we plan jobs far from our base?

We plan jobs in other regions as trips of several days, so the cost of travel is spread over the whole scope of work. We arrive with full equipment: pulsed lasers of 300-1000 W for details and conservation work, CW lasers of 2000-6000 W for large industrial surfaces, and a generator if there is no power on site. On site we need access to the work area, sanitary facilities and accommodation for the crew. Smaller items that can be dismantled are often cheaper to send to us.

How long does it take to reach the biggest cities?

Travel times from the Topola branch near Inowrocław are approximate and depend on the route and traffic:

  • Warsaw: about 250 km, approx. 3 h 30 min,
  • Kraków: about 400 km, approx. 4 h 45 min,
  • Gdańsk: about 200 km, approx. 2 h 15 min,
  • Gdynia: about 220 km, approx. 2 h 30 min,
  • Szczecin: about 290 km, approx. 3 h 45 min,
  • Wrocław: about 280 km, approx. 3 h 50 min (about 180 km from the head office in Plewiska),
  • Katowice: about 380 km, approx. 4 h.

The regions where we work every day are described separately: laser cleaning in Poznań and Greater Poland and laser cleaning in Inowrocław, Bydgoszcz and Toruń.

Laser cleaning in Warsaw

We have already worked in Warsaw, on private houses. The capital is about 250 km from Topola, around 3.5 hours by road, so we plan jobs as trips of several days with all the equipment. Warsaw also has many pre-war tenements and brick former factory buildings in Wola and Praga that are being turned into offices and flats, and halls and production plants in the city and near it. In redevelopment of post-industrial buildings, a laser uncovers brick and steel columns and beams without destroying the original texture.

Laser cleaning in Kraków

We have also worked in Kraków, on private houses. It is about 400 km from Topola and just under 5 hours by road, so we come for several days of work. In Kraków a large part of the buildings is under conservation protection: tenements in Kazimierz and Podgórze, churches, walls, portals and stone details. A pulsed laser removes dirt from stone layer by layer and can be stopped at any moment, so it suits details well, and the scope and method are set by the conservator in charge.

Laser cleaning in Gdańsk and Gdynia

In the Tricity it is most often about brick, stone and metal: brick churches, walls and tenements in Gdańsk, port and shipyard buildings, and steel structures exposed to moisture and sea salt. On metal in the coastal zone rust returns quickly, so a laser helps prepare the surface for new corrosion protection without abrasive in the mechanisms and without dismantling.

Laser cleaning in Wrocław

In Wrocław it is most often brick tenements and buildings from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, stone details and industrial plants. From the head office in Plewiska Wrocław is closer than from Kuyavia, so the trip can be planned shorter.

Laser cleaning in Szczecin

In Szczecin it is mainly tenements with details, brick buildings, and port and industrial structures where rust and old paint are removed. We travel via Bydgoszcz on the expressway, so for a job of several days the cost of travel is reasonable.

Laser cleaning in Katowice and Silesia

In Silesia it is most often industry and red-brick buildings: steel structures, machines and production parts, as well as brick buildings and workers’ estates. In industry a laser allows cleaning without stopping the whole line and without abrasive in the machines.

Service details: brick and facade cleaning, wood cleaning, sandstone restoration, rust and paint removal.

For historic buildings the scope and method of cleaning are set by the conservator in charge, and a building entered in the register of monuments requires the permission of the provincial monument conservator. We carry out the laser cleaning according to those decisions.

How much does laser cleaning with travel cost?

We charge for the work of a laser system with an operator from PLN 250 net per hour (continuous CW laser) and from PLN 380 net per hour (pulsed laser), and less on longer projects. On jobs far from our base there is also the cost of the trip, spread over all working days, so larger scopes work out better. Before a quote we test a sample.
