These Terms set out the rules for using the website omme.pl and the terms on which services are provided by:

The Service Provider provides industrial technology services, in particular:

  • laser cleaning of metal parts and other surfaces,
  • industrial services related to surface preparation and treatment,
  • additional services related to laser technology (as agreed individually with the client).

III. Use of the website

  1. The website is for information and contact purposes.
  2. Users may use the contact forms (where available) to ask for a quote.
  3. It is forbidden to submit unlawful content or to take any action that could disrupt the website.

IV. Conclusion of a contract

  1. The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but only an invitation to enter into a contract.
  2. A service contract is concluded each time through individual arrangements between the Service Provider and the Client (e.g. by e-mail, by phone or in writing).
  3. The terms of the service (scope, price, deadline) are agreed individually.

V. Provision of services

  1. Services are provided on previously agreed terms.
  2. Deadlines may change if circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control occur.
  3. The Client must provide accurate information needed to provide the service.

VI. Liability

  1. The Service Provider exercises due care in providing services.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.
  3. The Service Provider’s liability to the Client is limited to the scope set out in the individual contract.

VII. Complaints

  1. Complaints about services can be submitted electronically or in writing to the Service Provider’s contact details.
  2. Complaints will be handled individually within 14 working days of receipt.

IX. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms.
  2. Changes to the Terms take effect when they are published on the website.
  3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
